Refund & Withdrawal Policy for Digital Goods

All products offered through AI Farsi are digital products (online courses, downloads, learning access).

Under EU law (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB), once you receive access to digital content, your right to withdraw expires.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless you choose immediate access.

By purchasing and accessing our digital content, you agree that:

• You request immediate access

• You waive your 14-day withdrawal right

• Refunds and returns are not possible once access is provided

If you do not request immediate access, the 14-day withdrawal right applies from the purchase date.
